Biography
Sara Soldan is a PhD candidate at the Julius Center, University Medical Center Utrecht. She worked as a registered nurse and a research nurse (2018-2025) in Cardiology and Vascular Medicine. In 2023, Sara obtained her Master of Science degree at the Utrecht University.
Currently, she is working on the FRAIL-HF trial: an intervention focusing on the development of home-based network care for frail older people with heart failure to improve their quality of life and prevent readmission.
