Biography
Lucien Sánchez van Kammen is a GP in training and PhD candidate at the Julius Center, University Medical Center Utrecht.
Currently, she is working on the FRAIL-HF trial: an intervention focusing on the development of home-based network care for frail older people with heart failure to improve their quality of life and prevent hospital readmission.
