Child Health week

During the first week of October, Child Health was in the spotlight in the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital. In that week, diverse groups learned in a diverse program more about the research program and what this implies for their professional and personal life.

The program included the presentation of the ‘Child – Levensloop glossy’, a public lecture on Congenital Heart Defects, the informative food truck science-lunches, various lectures for nurses and medical support staff, several lectures for children, and a science symposium for the employees. Kors van der Ent: “We are happy to experience that a lot of people from inside and outside the hospital learned more about the Child Health Program. We hope it will help to stimulate to work together and join forces, because the children are our future! “
