National Heart Failure Day will provide an overview of new developments in the treatment of heart failure and their practical implementation in practice. In addition, attention will be paid to various forms of collaboration in the treatment of heart failure, both inside and outside the hospital.
Dr. Linda van Laake is chairing the National Heart Failure Day 2024 and the day is for cardiologists, family physicians, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, nurse specialists, heart failure nurses and other (para)medics involved in heart failure care.
