Are you a researcher, teacher, student who is interested in transdisciplinary collaborations? Every month the EWUU alliance organises a lecture about research and education of the alliance. This lunch lecture is organised by the institute 4 a Circular Society. (i4CS).
Explore how the institute 4 a Circular Society (i4CS) is driving impactful, transdisciplinary projects that will support a sustainable, circular society in 2025 and beyond. This session provides a look into our innovative, research-driven programs and demonstrates how our network of professionals is creating solutions at the intersection of socio-technical, behavioral, and system changes.
We’ll begin with an introduction to i4CS’s mission and transdisciplinary approach to advancing circularity. Then, we’ll hear from two of our seed projects as they showcase their work and the paths they’re forging in Urban-Rural Circularity. This initiative looks at bridging urban and rural regions to foster circularity on a local scale, finding ways to unite cities and countryside in a shared sustainable development.

Throughout the session, we’ll discuss how i4CS offers resources for innovative collaboration, including seed funding, research support, and dynamic “pressure cooker” sessions to facilitate rapid idea generation and partnerships.
