Farewell lecture

On behalf of the neurosurgery staff, Prof. Dr. P.A.J.T. (Pierre) Robe cordially invites you to attend the farewell lecture of Prof. dr. A. (Bart) van der Zwan, titled “OP NAAR DE BRON” (Towards the Source). Earlier that day, a symposium will be organized, titled ‘Go with the flow’. You can find the program for this symposium below.

Time: January 23, 2026, at 4:15 p.m.
Location: The Auditorium of the Utrecht University Academy Building (Domplein 29, 3512 JE in Utrecht).

Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to congratulate Bart at “De Rechtbank,” Korte Nieuwstraat 14, 3512 NM, Utrecht, a short walk from the Academy Building.Professors are requested to indicate whether they will be participating in the procession so that a place on the stage can be reserved and gowns can be made available in time. Fellow professors who wish to borrow a gown are also requested to indicate this.
