Program manager
As a program manager with a scientific background in Neuroscience, I coordinate and implement strategic decisions across all brain-related research activities at the UMC Utrecht Brain Center. My responsibilities include aligning the professorial plan with the institution’s long-term objectives, organizing community-building events such as the annual Research Day, and launching new initiatives such as Utrecht Brain to strengthen regional collaboration. In addition to this role, I work at the central Research Office of UMC Utrecht, where I manage international research projects and organize the periodic evaluation of all internal research activities. Through my professional and volunteer experiences, I have continuously honed my strategic, organizational, and communication skills. Applying and further developing these abilities in roles where I can make a meaningful contribution to society is very important to me.
