400,000 people in the Netherlands suffer from post-COVID symptoms, also known as long COVID. Fatigue, muscle pain, and headaches are just a few of the many symptoms people experience. This wide range of complaints makes the condition particularly difficult to study. “We are seeing a great variety of symptoms, so we really need to look at what works for which group of patients,” says researcher Hanneke Willemen on Spraakmakers.
